As a Nutritional Consultant, Lifestyle Coach & Aromatherapist I am committed and passionate about educating and helping others achieve total balance in their health and spirit.  I offer a personalized plan to fit each persons needs. Not everyone wants to be a body builder and not everyone wants or needs to lose weight. Total balance is Nutrition, Exercise based on your ability, and Stress Management. I also work with individuals and businesses on goal setting, excacution and commitment as well as life organization. I fully believe when focusing on one of these areas the others come into place but sometimes we all need just a little push in the right direction. Even the most committed need help to get back on track. I offer 1 on 1 support based on your needs and group classes as well. I make and blend all of the Aromatherapy products offered and make it my goal to do so completely naturally using fair trade organically grown ingredients & many of them I grow myself. I also make it a point to buy local as much as I can and this is a challenge living in a small town but I believe in supporting other small businesses like mine. Each product is made with positive energy and prayer and treated like delicate art.

I feel that everyone from every walk of life deserves individual treatment and because of this I specialize in customized plans and product based on the individual clients needs. My focus is on natural solutions to health, body & stress care/management.
